All platform content including but not limited to problem statements, innovation challenges, learning frameworks, assessment methodologies, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and software components are owned by Thinkra or licensed to Thinkra and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Bulk downloading content.
- Content scraping.
- Data harvesting.
- Automated extraction of challenge datasets.
- Reproducing Thinkra challenge collections on other platforms.
- Using Thinkra content to train AI models without authorization.
- Unauthorized commercial use.
8. Service Availability
Thinkra strives to maintain uninterrupted access but does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to specific features. Features may be modified, enhanced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
